Feeling restless and moody lately? You’re not alone. We’re on the brink of another full moon. This month la luna resides in Virgo. As you may know, Virgo (the Virgin) means logic, practicality and organization. You know that friend of yours who has a different purse for every day of the week and underwear to match? Probably a virgo.
Read on for a full moon ritual that is bound to bring out your inner perfectionist.

1. Spring cleaning
It’s never too early (or late!) to get started on this year’s spring cleaning. That closet full of boxes you haven’t unpacked? Start opening them. The clothes that no longer fit you since eating too much of Felicia’s Indian food? Donate them. If you’re brave, throw in some much-needed deep cleaning – yes, you should clean behind the toilet too.
2. detox your dysfunctional relationships
It’s not just our homes that need cleansing – our personal lives require routine maintenance too. Start recognizing the unhealthy communication patterns plaguing your romantic and platonic relationships. Where can you create space? What can you do to communicate better? Make sure you keep your partner(s) aware of the changes you are seeking, so that you can work together to improve everyone’s wellbeing.
Remember, if you just need to get away on a trip by yourself, The Sentinel is always here for you.
Virgo’s maiden is all about chastity and purity. Without time travelling back to your childhood, there are a few things you can do to re-connect with your most clean and virtuous self. Try filling a bath with rose petals, dim the lights, and come out fresh and new. As well, you can meditate on the goodness you wish to bring to the world.
We hope this full moon ritual leaves you feeling cleansed and refreshed. Stay tuned for more tips on self-care, wellness, and spiritual living.
