They will act as a liaison with retreat and hotel guests, answering questions and problem solving while acting as an ambassador for The Sentinel and an assistant to the General Manager. HEAD CHEF
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food services at The Sentinel with supervision and oversight from the General Manager and Directors. This includes, but is not limited to scheduling staff for events – based on itineraries from facilitators, ordering food and supplies, menu planning/budgeting, food preparation, cooking, clean up, guest services, and health and safety.

HOUSEKEEPING
The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning at The Sentinel. This includes cleaning, tidying, washing, laundering, scrubbing of hotel rooms, bathrooms, common areas and all linens. When needed, the housekeeping team works in the kitchen to assist the Chef during retreats.

INDEPENDENT SALES REP
The independent sales representative’s responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, answering customers’ questions, and finding new customers through cold-calling, and emailing. You should also be able to implement effective sales strategies to continually meet or exceed sales quotas.
