We are inviting you to join us for a weekend of Sacred Meditation with Abuelita, October 25-28th at The Sentinel. This event will be held by two facilitators who bring together the different traditions they have trained in and have been evolving their work together for over 12 years. You will be held through your preparation, retreat experience and integration with integral support for your specific needs and inspirations to join.
The Sentinel is a stunningly beautiful lakeside retreat centre in the kootenays near Kaslo, BC where we will gather for a weekend of deep healing and transformation, prayers and celebration for our lives and our families, communities and the planet.
This retreat includes:
- Nourishing and delicious meals and snacks
- Sauna and Cedar Hot Tub
- Two ceremonial evening meditations
- Integration sessions ( before & after via emails, phone call or Zoom sessions)
